Service Policies

 Deposits

• Trash Bin Cleaning: A $10 non-refundable scheduling deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
• Pressure Washing Services: A $25 scheduling deposit is required before work is scheduled.
• Deposits are applied toward your final invoice.

Payment
The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the service using the payment method on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Trash Bin Cleaning: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge.
• Pressure Washing: If a scheduled service is canceled by the customer, the deposit will be retained as a scheduling credit and applied when the service is rescheduled and completed. Additional deposits may be required for repeated cancellations or no-shows.

Emergency Service
Same-day, after-hours, weekend, or emergency services may be available for an additional fee based on scheduling and availability.

Environmental & Service Fees
A Fuel, Water, and Wastewater Recovery Fee is applied to each invoice. This fee helps cover fuel costs, fresh water usage, wastewater recovery equipment, and the proper disposal of recovered wash water in accordance with California environmental regulations.

Weather
Services may be postponed due to rain, high winds, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available opportunity.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will inspect the work and make reasonable efforts to correct any service-related issues.
